1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Triangles, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms supplement the Apple rules that apply to apps distributed through the App Store.

2. Game description

Triangles is a casual and competitive dice strategy game. It allows you to play against AI, play locally, compete online, create or join private rooms, view rankings, and unlock achievements when Game Center is available.

The app does not offer betting, cash prizes, rewards with monetary value, or real-money gambling. Points, ratings, rankings, XP, achievements, and statistics have value only inside the game.

3. License to use the app

You are granted a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Triangles in accordance with these terms and App Store rules. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code unless expressly allowed by applicable law.

4. Online conduct

• Do not use offensive, misleading, abusive, or rights-infringing display names.
• Do not attempt to manipulate rankings, matchmaking, private rooms, results, statistics, or scoring systems.
• Do not use automation, exploits, reverse engineering, or unauthorized traffic against the game's services.
• We may restrict, reset, or remove data associated with abuse, technical fraud, or behavior that harms other players' experience.

5. Rankings, results, and online availability

Rankings, ratings, streaks, online matches, and private rooms depend on connectivity, third-party services, and technical availability. Delays, sync errors, season resets, balance changes, or data corrections may occur when needed to preserve the integrity of the game.

6. Premium purchase

Triangles may offer a non-consumable purchase called Premium with the Product ID com.anteojosnegros.dice.triangles.removeads. As described inside the app, Premium removes ads and unlocks private online room creation.

Purchases are processed through Apple StoreKit. Triangles does not receive or store credit card information. You may restore purchases from inside the app when available. Refund requests, cancellations, and billing issues are handled according to Apple's policies.

7. Ads

The free version may show ads through Google AdMob. Ad availability, frequency, and personalization may vary depending on region, consent, device settings, and advertising providers. Premium attempts to remove ads according to the app description. See the Privacy Policy for details about ad-related data, consent choices, and third-party advertising providers.

8. Game Center and Apple services

When you use Game Center, Apple's applicable terms and policies apply. Triangles may submit scores, achievements, and competitive statistics to Game Center when the feature is active and you are authenticated.

9. Intellectual property

Triangles, its design, name, implemented rules, graphics, text, sounds, software, and other elements belong to their respective owners. No rights are granted beyond the limited license described in these terms.

10. Warranties and liability

Triangles is provided "as is" and "as available." Although we aim to provide a stable experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, permanent compatibility with every device, or indefinite preservation of statistics and rankings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, progress loss, or service interruptions.

11. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes in features, monetization, services, legal requirements, or operational practices. The current version will be the one published on this page.
