Common issues
Open Settings inside Triangles and use Restore Purchases. Make sure you are using the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
Check your connection, wait a few seconds, and open the screen again. Rankings depend on online services and may take time to sync.
Confirm that Game Center is enabled in iOS Settings and that you are signed in with your Apple ID.
Private room creation is part of Premium. If you already purchased it, restore purchases and try again.
Cancel matchmaking or leave the room and start again. If it happens repeatedly, report the room code and a short description.
Restore purchases, restart the app, and confirm that Premium appears as active in Settings.
You can manage iOS tracking permission in iOS Settings. Where required, Triangles may also show a Privacy and cookie settings option for Google AdMob consent choices. For privacy requests, contact nicolas@anteojosnegros.com.
What to include in a report
- Your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version.
- The Triangles version and build, if shown in the app or TestFlight.
- A short description of the problem and steps to reproduce it.
- Whether it happened in onboarding, an AI match, an online match, rankings, Game Center, purchases, or ads.
- A screenshot or short screen recording, if it helps explain the issue.
